Three-Day National Executive Council Meeting of ABVP Commences in Bhubaneswar
- Three-Language Policy an Important Step Towards Strengthening Indian Languages and Preserving Linguistic Diversity: Dr. Virendra Singh Solanki
Bhubaneswar : The National Executive Council Meeting of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) commenced at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar. On this occasion, ABVP National President Prof. Raghuraj Kishore Tiwari, National General Secretary Dr. Virendra Singh Solanki, and National Organising Secretary Shri Ashish Chauhan inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp. At the beginning of the programme, delegates from across the nation were welcomed with the traditional beats of Odisha’s indigenous musical instruments, the dhol and mridanga.
The National Executive Council Meeting is undertaking extensive deliberations on the prevailing national scenario, the education system, the role of youth, national security, socio-economic issues, and contemporary challenges. The meeting will review the follow-up of resolutions and points emerging from the Akhil Bharatiya Vichar Baithak and Sangathanatmak Vichar Baithak, assess various campaigns, programmes, and organisational initiatives, and formulate the action plan for the coming year. Deliberations will also be held on student union elections, membership expansion, formation of campus units, National Conference 2026, SEIL Yatra, international student outreach, the “Screen Time to Activity Time” campaign, “150 Years of Vande Mataram”, hostel survey, the Birth Centenary Year of Prof. Yeshwantrao Kelkar, 50 Years of Resistance to the Emergency, the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, and the 650th Prakatyotsav of Sant Ravidas Ji. Organisational goals will be determined through an analysis of special campaigns and innovations undertaken by various states, while resolutions relating to education, the global scenario, women’s safety, Urban Naxalism, and national security will also be adopted.
ABVP National President Prof. Raghuraj Kishore Tiwari said, “The National Executive Council Meeting will deliberate upon ABVP’s role in the context of the prevailing educational and national circumstances. Under the theme ‘Yuva Bharat Ka Aahvaan’, discussions will also be held regarding the organisation’s educational, social priorities, along with future plans of action. The meeting will review the implementation of the National Education Policy-2020, the Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan Bill (VBSA), programmes related to the Centenary Year of the Sangh, as well as major initiatives such as Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar Jayanti, the Parisar Chalo Abhiyan, the Birth Centenary Year of Prof. Yeshwantrao Kelkar, and the ‘Screen Time to Activity Time’ campaign.”
ABVP National General Secretary Dr. Virendra Singh Solanki said, “The National Executive Council Meeting being held in Bhubaneswar will deliberate on several important subjects, including education, the global scenario, service activities, sports, environment, technology, and other contemporary issues. The decision taken by the Central Board of Secondary Education to fully implement the Three-Language Policy is an important step towards strengthening Indian languages, preserving linguistic diversity, and reinforcing national integration. ABVP welcomes this policy and believes that it should be viewed not through the narrow prism of linguistic elitism, but in the broader context of educational empowerment, the promotion of Indian languages, and national unity. Given the continuously increasing inter-state mobility for employment and higher education across the country, knowledge of Indian languages will prove immensely beneficial for students in shaping their future. Opportunities are ultimately driven by knowledge, skills, and competence, while language serves as a medium for expanding those opportunities. The flexible solutions proposed by the Board to address practical concerns during the transition period, including the availability of textbooks and the shortage of teachers, are commendable. ABVP is of the view that, alongside language education, Board examinations should also be aligned with the Three-Language Framework so that the policy can be implemented more effectively. The meeting will hold detailed discussions on the effective implementation of the National Education Policy, the promotion of Indian languages, and various dimensions of the Three-Language Policy. Certainly, this policy will emerge as a milestone in strengthening Indian languages and preserving linguistic diversity. ABVP views this initiative as an important instrument for qualitative transformation in education and for strengthening national integration, and the meeting will also deliberate upon necessary suggestions and future action plans in this regard.”

नायलॉन मांझे के स्रोत का पता लगाकर 6 करोड़ का जाल तोड़ने पर हाईकोर्ट ने की नागपुर ग्रामीण पुलिस की प्रशंसा

नागपुर ग्रामीण, 24 अक्टूबर 2026 (शनिवार) :
माननीय मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय नागपुर खंडपीठ ने प्रतिबंधित नायलॉन मांझे के उत्पादन और आपूर्ति के मूल स्रोत का पता लगाने पर नागपुर ग्रामीण पुलिस की खुलकर प्रशंसा की है। कोर्ट ने 23/10/2026 के आदेश में कहा कि पुलिस की जांच कौतुकास्पद है और अन्य जिलों को भी ऐसी कार्रवाई कर 29/10/2026 तक रिपोर्ट पेश करने का आदेश दिया है।
क्या है मामला –
दिनांक 08/12/2025 को कलमेश्वर पुलिस स्टेशन अंतर्गत मौजा गोडखेरी में VR लॉजिस्टिक वेयरहाउस कंटेनर क्रमांक GJ-21-V-3238 से नायलॉन मांझा ले जाते आरोपी छविनाथ मोहन निषाद, उम्र 30, उत्तर प्रदेश को पकड़ा गया था। 9,200 नग नायलॉन मांझा प्लास्टिक चक्री कीमत 14,40,000 रुपये और कंटेनर कीमत 20,00,000 रुपये, कुल 34,40,000 रुपये का माल जब्त किया गया था।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक हर्ष ए. पोद्दार और अपर अधीक्षक अनिल मस्के के मार्गदर्शन में स्थानीय गुन्हे शाखा के निरीक्षक अंकुश माने और निरीक्षक स्नेहल राऊत की टीम ने गोपनीय जानकारी, तकनीकी पुरावे और बैंक लिंकेज के आधार पर जांच आगे बढ़ाई।
कलमेश्वर में दर्ज गुनाह के संबंध में दमन के औद्योगिक परिसर, डेमनी रोड दादरा और नगर हवेली के सिलवासा में मांझा निर्माता की फैक्ट्री पर छापा मारकर कुल 6 करोड़ 26 लाख 43 हजार 840 रुपये का प्रतिबंधित नायलॉन मांझा, उसे बनाने का कच्चा माल और मशीनरी जब्त की गई।
इसी जांच के लिए मुंबई हाईकोर्ट में स्वत: संज्ञान लेकर जनहित याचिका (PIL) दाखिल हुई थी। कोर्ट में एसपी द्वारा दाखिल प्रतिज्ञापत्र पर यह प्रशंसा हुई।
अन्य बड़ी कार्रवाईयां –
1. साबनेर में सड़क के बीच खतरनाक पेड़ पर प्रतिबंधक उपाय –
साबनेर शहर से गुजरने वाले मुख्य मार्ग पर बीचों-बीच मौजूद पेड़ से हादसे का खतरा था। विशेषकर रात में अंधेरा होने से या सामने से तेज रोशनी से चालक का ध्यान भटकने से दुर्घटना की आशंका थी। एसपी हर्ष पोद्दार के निर्देश पर साबनेर पुलिस ने पेड़ के चारों ओर रिफ्लेक्टर और रेडियम पट्टी लगाई, ‘सावधान, काम शुरू है’ के सूचना फलक लगाए और वेग मर्यादित रखने की अपील की। PWD और वन विभाग से समन्वय कर पेड़ को स्थायी रूप से हटाने की कार्रवाई शुरू है।
2. घरफोड़ी के 2 गुनाह उजागर, 4.16 लाख का माल जब्त –
स्थानीय गुन्हे शाखा ने दिनांक 23/10/2026 को आरोपी प्रवीण अशोक डेकाटे, उम्र 30, तिलक वार्ड मोहाड़ी, ता. मोहाड़ी, जि. भंडारा को गिरफ्तार किया। गोपनीय जानकारी मिली थी कि वह मीठा माधनी परिसर में चोरी के सोने के दागिने बेचने घूम रहा है। उसे हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ में उसने मीठा परिसर में 12 दिन पहले और उमरेड में 1 महीने पहले घरफोड़ी करने की कबूली दी। पंचनामे में उसके पैंट की जेब से सोने के दागिने मिले, कुल 4,16,000 रुपये का माल जब्त। उसके खिलाफ मौदा अप.क्र. 693/2026 कलम 305(अ),331(3) और उमरेड अप.क्र. 934/2026 में केस दर्ज है।
3. खाने के अयोग्य सुपारी की 40 टन खेप जब्त – वडोदा पुलिस की कार्रवाई –
वडोदा पुलिस को गुप्त सूचना मिली कि वडोदा हद के महालगाव-लिंगगाव के नवकार वेयरहाउस में बिना परवाना मानव सेवन के अयोग्य सुपारी चार वाहनों से लाई जा रही है। पुलिस ने जाल बिछाकर चारों वाहनों की तलाशी में करीब 40 टन सुपारी जब्त की। चारों वाहन सीज कर अन्न व औषध प्रशासन विभाग को पत्र व्यवहार किया गया है। विभाग की जांच के बाद आगे कार्रवाई होगी।
4. अवैध शराब पर 15 गुनाह –
एसपी के मार्गदर्शन में 23/10/2026 को जिले भर में अवैध शराब निर्माण, बिक्री और सेवन पर कार्रवाई कर कुल 15 गुनाह दर्ज किए। खापा में 4, कळंब में 1, साबनेर में 2, उमरेड, रामटेक, बोरी, नरखेड, जलालखेड़ा में 1-1 और भिवापुर में 2 गुनाह। कार्रवाई में 32,230 मिली देशी दारू, 360 मिली विदेशी दारू, 24 लीटर मोहफूल दारू कुल 8,060 रुपये का माल जब्त कर मौके पर पंचनामा कर नष्ट किया गया।
5. अस्तित्व छुपाकर घूमने वाले पर गुनाह –
अरोली पुलिस ने 23/10/2026 को पेट्रोलिंग के दौरान आरोपी तुषार उर्फ नांदूजी तुलसीदास वानखेडे, 30 वर्ष, संताजी नगर कन्हान, ता. पारशिवनी को मौजा रोंगली बार में अपना अस्तित्व छुपाकर सूर्यास्त के बाद संदिग्ध रूप से घूमते पकड़ा। नाम-पता पूछने पर उड़वा-जवाब देने पर धारा 122 महाराष्ट्र पुलिस अधिनियम के तहत गुनाह दर्ज किया।
6. 662 रिकॉर्डेड अपराधियों की परेड –
जिले के सभी 24 पुलिस थानों में शरीर और संपत्ति के विरुद्ध अपराध, महिला-बाल अत्याचार, अवैध शराब, जुआ आदि के 662 रेकॉर्डवरील आरोपियों की परेड ली गई। इसमें नागपुर उपविभाग में 68, उमरेड में 124, साबनेर में 136, कन्हान में 69, रामटेक में 119, काटोल में 127 आरोपियों को बुलाकर चेक किया गया और हिदायत दी गई।

स्वास्थ्य सेवा के क्षेत्र में बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए न्यूएरा हॉस्पिटल्स ने गुरुवार को नागपुर के वर्धमान नगर में 300 बेड वाले नए अस्पताल का उद्घाटन किया। महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री श्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस की प्रमुख उपस्थिति में हुए इस कार्यक्रम में शहर के गणमान्य नागरिक, चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञ और सम्मानित अतिथि शामिल हुए।
2016 में 50 बेड के अस्पताल से शुरू हुआ न्यूएरा हॉस्पिटल्स का सफर अब मध्य भारत का एक प्रमुख हेल्थकेयर समूह बन चुका है। नए अस्पताल का उद्देश्य नागपुर, विदर्भ और मध्य भारत के मरीजों को आधुनिक, सुलभ और विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सा सुविधाएं एक ही जगह उपलब्ध कराना है।
अत्याधुनिक सुविधाएं

निदेशक डॉ. निलेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से मरीजों को पास में ही बेहतर इलाज के विकल्प मिलेंगे।
निदेशक डॉ. निधीश मिश्रा ने बताया कि हृदय रोग सहित सभी विभागों में एक ही छत के नीचे समग्र इलाज की व्यवस्था की गई है।
अस्पताल में मरीजों के साथ आने वाले परिजनों के लिए घर जैसा आरामदायक माहौल, गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन और ठहरने की सुविधा भी दी गई है।
न्यूएरा हॉस्पिटल्स का यह नया अस्पताल मध्य भारत में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को नई ऊंचाई देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर माना जा रहा है।
